Paul's standard of customer service and after care sales is exemplary! I had observed that Paul goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the customer and fulfill the job brief, giving his best attention to his work. A trusting recruit. As a result I have asked PDE to take on additional work and rewiring. Would definitely recommend.

Paul is highly knowledgeable, professional, reliable and goes out of his way to provide 'customer service' and is a genuinely nice guy, He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and sorted a couple of other 'niggles' at no extra charge. Paul is very polite and friendly. Although he was sick the day he was due to arrive, he arranged for his lad Tom to come, so as not to let me down. The work was carried out to a high standard and I would definately recommend him.

Was on time, even rang to say he was going to be ten minutes late. Paul and Tom were polite and tidy. Worth the money for this company, would use again without hesitation. 

Paul called round to look at the lighting in a wooden building in our garden. We have been having problems with the circuit breaker that kept going off. Unfortunately we were unable to replicate the problem but as the lighting refused to work, it does require further investigation. Paul gave me some good advice and I will be using him in the future
